一種是開發新客戶，新客戶分兩種，一種是買賣，另一種會變生意夥伴

另一種是跟老客戶do something different=>幫它賺錢然後生意越作越大

不賺錢的廣告是費用=>一次性

賺錢的廣告是投資=>長時間提升價值

外商在台分公司的董事長：是台灣官方眼中的資方

但在老外眼中，不過是台灣區的經理人＝勞方，命懸一線

不可能有一份工作讓人100%熱愛，其中有60-70你樂在其中，10-20不滿意(只要不致命、不違法或踐踏個人尊嚴)已經很不錯了=>找出可以改變與加值的地方，作出成績
