Definition:
A psychological construct which describes, how people consistently think, feel and behave towards a particular subject. (Cooper 1998)
Four Component of Attitude:
Cognitive認知=>board understanding, perception
Affective感受=>emotional response
Evaluation評估=>whether or not people’s views are positive or negative to assess or estimate
Conative反應=>According to a natural impulse behaviors.
團體=>安全氣候(climate)=>主管督導關心、工作規定、公司制度、夥伴關係/工作歸屬
Definition:
A perceived image that is largely concerned with employees’ perceptions of the importance of safety and how it is implemented within the working environment.
Safety Climate is constructed by
The interaction between the personnel
Their prevailing customs and practices
The risks associated with their jobs
Their position and status within the organization

Safety culture is a term often used to describe the way in which safety is managed in the workplace, and often reflects "the attitudes, beliefs, perceptions and values that employees share in relation to safety" (Cox and Cox, 1991).
