Safety Research (期刊)在去年針對複雜性出了一個special issue，
個人認為用意或許在於提醒相關從業人員，跳脫工程、線性與局部單元的思維模式來看待安全與事故讓安全回歸"人"與尊重"系統"(的複雜互動)，而非一堆自欺欺人的條文、規定和沒有人性的工程設備
(對於前述條文與硬體感到厭煩的同業，可以看看人家如何跳脫出法規條文與標準規範，更"健康'地看待與處理這個議題)
沒想到竟然可以見證到此一領域觀念的典範轉移( Safety is an emergent property that arises when system components interact with each other within a larger environment.
