資料的品質

參考文件的品質高低 (由高到低排列)

• 學術期刊(第一級，通常遙不可及。第二級，是一分耕耘、一分收獲。第三級是初試啼聲。第四級以後的期刊通常不會被國家單位認同，也很有可能是山寨型的期刊)
• 專書教科書/研究報告
• 專家意見
• 碩士論文/新聞報導
• KOL/網紅發言

證據效力金字塔(判斷涉及生死)

• 系統性回顧 (Systematic Review) 與 統合分析 (Meta-Analysis)： 綜合多項高品質研究，可信度最高。
• 隨機對照試驗 (Randomized Controlled Trial, RCT)： 臨床治療的金標準。
• 世代研究 (Cohort Study)： 追蹤研究，具有較高證據力。
• 病例對照研究 (Case-Control Study)： 回溯性研究。
• 橫斷研究 (Cross-sectional Study)： 某一時間點的調查。
• 病例報告/系列 (Case Reports/Series)： 個案觀察。
• 專家意見 (Expert Opinion/Editorial)： 專家經驗談，可信度較低。

聰明與高明的提問(prompt)

Step 1:  找出該領域的知識骨幹與框架(有共識的部分)

• 「這個領域所有專家共享的 5 個核心心智模型/理論是什麼？」 （What are the 5 core mental models or theory every expert shares?）
• 「請列出這個領域文獻中反覆出現的30 個核心關鍵字，並用通俗易懂的語言解釋它們在該領域中的定義，以及它們之間的邏輯關聯。」(Please list 30 core keywords that appear repeatedly in the literature of this field, and explain their definitions in the field and the logical relationships between them in plain language.)
• 「說明解釋這個領域觀念想法的轉變與典範轉移歷程？」(Explain the process of conceptual shifts and paradigm transitions in this field.)
• 「說明這個領域有哪些主要的人物大師、他們的主張與提出的理論為何? 」(Describe the main figures and masters in this field, their propositions, and the theories they proposed.)

Step 2：找出該領域的爭議問題(沒有共識的部分)

• 「這個領域的專家在哪 5 個地方存在根本分歧？各方最強的論點是什麼？」 （Now show me the 5 places where experts in this field fundamentally disagree, and what each side's strongest argument is.）
• 「提出5項這個領域還未被解決有待突破的問題」(Identify 5 unsolved problems in this field that require breakthroughs.)
• 「不同的文獻或作者在處理以上分歧與兩難問題時，觀點有何不同？它們各自的優缺點是什麼？是否存在尚未解決的矛盾？」(How do different documents or authors differ in their views when dealing with the above-mentioned disagreements and dilemmas? What are their respective advantages and disadvantages? Are there any unresolved contradictions?)

Step 3：深化對於相關觀念的理解與的思辨

•  「生成 10 個能區分深度理解與只是貼標籤而非理解的鑑別性議題。」 （Generate 10 questions that would expose whether someone deeply understands this subject versus someone who use labeling instead of understanding.）
• 「說明這個領域共享的 5 個核心心智模型或理論的限制與適用性範圍為何？」 （What are the limitations and scope of application of the 5 core mental models/theory shares?）
• 「目前的這些文獻中，有哪些現象是現有理論無法完美解釋的？該領域目前的『知識邊界』在哪裡？或從其他領域的角度來看，這個領域的討論只是表層現象而非底層機制(第一性原理)?」(In the current literature, what phenomena cannot be perfectly explained by existing theories? Where are the current "knowledge boundaries" of this field? Or, from the perspective of other fields, are the discussions in this area merely superficial phenomena rather than the underlying mechanisms (first principles)?)
